Since BeLively offers a wide range of services, we aimed to capture as many workplace scenarios as possible—from her home kitchen to her garden gym.
Emily’s offerings include pelvic health services, an in-person and online fitness club, nutrition advice, and community events for women. One of her most popular events, ‘Fannies and Flapjacks’, is a fun and educational evening that blends humour and health education, supporting women through all stages of life.
